Include your account details
Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate and verify it. For your protection, we may request additional information to confirm that you are the account holder.
We process your request
Once your identity has been verified, we will delete your account and personal information associated with it, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, preferences, activity history, membership-related app information, and access to app features.
